Developers Boardroom
Launched in April 2017 by Alex Harrington-Griffin, a then boutique property developer, the invite-only forum was established to bring established developers together to solve challenges.
Welcoming experienced owners and directors, the network grew steadily and began hosting large scale dinners conferences and workshops for developers, welcoming industry leaders from RICS to Savills, Homes England to Allsop. At our peak of large-format events, we hosted the legendary late Tony Pidgley OBE, who shared his guidance and insights to a room of 130 SME's at The Dinner II.
In 2025, after 500+ hours of strategic developer events, having partnered with and hosted some of property's finest, Alex took the unique perspective, referral track record and relationships to steer the business toward supporting growth for the property professionals, consultants and service providers that serve the SME property developer ecosystem - launching Inside Developers Boardroom.

Our Founder
Alex Harrington-Griffin launched Developers Boardroom, following a framework used whilst running a seven-chapter marketing network in South Africa. His belief, progress was faster by sharing challenges and suggestions between experienced players.
Developers Boardroom went on to encourage Alex to build TrustedLand and later, the associated Real Developer quality standard for SME's. Both were acquired in October 2022, with the former going to market-leading proptech, LandTech, along with Alex's unique industry experience, whilst launching an original accelerator programme for 12 experienced SME developers, eventually becoming a board advisor to three delegate firms.
Alex continued hosting the Real Developer Podcast, delivering 40-hours of content over three sponsored series, whilst becoming an official SME developer industry commentator for the Estates Gazette, and SME sector advisor to industry charity, LandAid, after 7 years as ambassador. In 2020, Alex even led a group of SME developers into advising the government's MHCLG division on barriers to land development.
Returning to his original roots in 2024, the award-winning business leader began advising service providers looking to enhance their sales to the property and land developer community, leading several sales, content, event and partnerships strategy creations, before officially launching Inside Developers Boardroom.
