Launched in April 2017 by Alex Harrington-Griffin, a then boutique property developer, the invite-only forum was created to bring established developers together to solve challenges.
Welcoming experienced owners and directors, the network grew steadily and began hosting large scale dinners conferences and workshops for developers, welcoming industry leaders from RICS to Savills, Homes England to Allsop.
At our peak of large-format events, we hosted the legendary late Tony Pidgley OBE, who shared his guidance and insights to a room of 130 SME's at The Dinner II.
After 8-years and 500+ hours of strategic developer events, Alex took the entirely unique perspective, referral track record and 18-years in sales, marketing and partnerships to steer the business toward a new much-needed focus – supporting growth for the property professionals, consultants and service providers that serve the SME property development ecosystem – launching Inside Developers Boardroom.
